I love my dress but feel duped by my seller’s shipping fee. We’re both in the US, the shipping weight was less than 5 pounds and he just stuffed it in a used Amazon box, so charging me third of the dress price is wild!!

Platform made it super easy to filter dresses by all different styles, prices, sizes, etc. Contacting and chatting with the sellers was easy and I'm glad that they're able to send additional photos of the dress. Payment was super smooth through pay pal too and I'm glad to know there's some protection in case something is wrong with the dress or it doesn't arrive.

Love the platform until it comes to actually purchasing it, or submitting an offer. I also think it could be more clear that shipping is not included in the price, and the website should offer sellers and buyers an easier way to provide shipping quotes.

Good app . I bought one dress on here but it didn’t work out so resold it on here . Took a $300 loss selling it right back after buying same dress on the app. I’d say make sure the dress will fit you or prepared to have an altered.

Overall, I found the site easy to use, but I have a few comments. First, it would have been nice if I could have filtered by waist/bust measurements -- I had a hard time figuring out what my size is in bridal dresses, so filtering by size wasn't the most helpful. It was also unintuitive for me to find the saved searches in the UI. Lastly, the notification email that a dress on my wishlist has been purchased was triggered when I was the one that purchased the dress; it seems like in that scenario, a notification isn't all that useful.

Navigating the platform was easy. Talking to sellers was good although limited to the responsiveness of the seller. Sometimes a challenge to get measurements which made it tough to be confident when purchasing. In the end I only elected to look at gowns in my local area that I could try on.
