I was concerned re buyer paying via PayPal as I have heard of sellers—not on this website—who have lost payment and their items when buyers made false claims and PayPal sided with them. sellerIt's a quick easy and healer option to eBay. You get to chat easily with like minded people. I did fee that there were a couple of time wasters, but mainly based on it being a big gamble and investment. So people probably get nervous. buyerI loved using Still White - prior to becoming engaged I had no idea it existed, but some friends told me about it so I did a quick google search, signed up and then started saving dresses to my Wishlist! Before I knew it I was organising a road trip around Sydney with 5 dresses to try on. By the end of the day, I had found my dress, it fits like a glove and now I'm all ready to go. buyerIt’s a shame not every seller will respond to your message, but the one who did was so helpful and a dream to talk through my questions, and I ended up purchasing her beautiful dress! I was so happy to find a couple of dresses from designers I’d been following for a while who aren’t stocked near where I live, and now have one on the way for over half the retail price. sellerOverall I was happy. I think you should encourage local buyers to connect. I didn't like how the site discouraged people from exchanging numbers and meeting. I also think there should be options other than PayPal as they charge a high user fee. I did get multiple offers so that worked out.MoreJyoti, Toronto
