Jim Hjelm, 8962 Semi Sweetheart

Ivory silk satin faced organza A-line ball gown. The strapless bodice is embroidered crystals & hand-cut silk organza, chiffon & charmeuse. The natural waist is accented with an ivory sash. The gorgeous bias cut asymmetrical ruffle skirt. Dress tag size 10. Street size 6. Dress has been once worn & professionally cleaned. Gown was taken in at bust & bustle was added. 

This is a silk chiffon authentic Jim Hjelm style 8962. I received SO many compliments on it on my wedding day. The dress was altered a little mostly around the bust area (to take it in some) but all alterations that were done can very easily be let out. For what it's worth, the alterations were done by a tailor who worked at Kleinfeld in NYC and used to work for Vera Wang, so they are very high quality.

The dress is in like-new condition with no stains or anything, and I had it professionally cleaned after the wedding. I bought it in ivory with the ivory sash (not the platinum sash that is shown in the picture with the model). However, if you want the platinum sash, it is easy to get straight from the manufacturer - I have spoken with them directly.

The price includes that I paid a few hundred dollars to have the bustle added, so that's one expense you wouldn't have to incur.

I am 5'6" without shoes, and wear a 32D.
