This delicate, thin strapped dress has a sweetheart neckline and a low back. I have altered the back to go even lower, as shown in the picture. The fitted bodice meets the low back at waist and flows into a more relaxed fit, trumpet skirt. The peak train has a beautiful and natural trimmed hem cut directly from the fabric pattern. "Chelsea" is handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY by Rebecca Schoneveld. I bought this dress straight from a bridal boutique and have not worn it. I ended up finding another dress for my upcoming August wedding that makes more sense for my outdoor venue.
