Vera Wang, Vw351011

From the Vera Wang White collection, purchased at David's Bridal in Los Angeles (October 2012) and worn once on my wedding day on 22 December 2012. You can only buy this dress from the USA so this is a great chance to buy one already here in Australia!

The dress moves beautifully, feels comfortable and and each Vera in this style is unique from the bias flange skirt which creates a simple, classy ball gown. With a strapless top the dress has soft folds across the front and hidden back zipper.

Minor alterations by outstanding tailor in LA include hem raised 2cm, waistline taken in 1cm and simple bustle added. My measurements are bust 98cm, waist 81cm, hips 103cm. I am 174cm tall and wore flat shoes with the hem slightly above the ground.

Price includes postage to anywhere in Australia, Ibex International dress bag and a size 12 slip to make the skirt fuller (RRP $60) and 14E corset/torsolette (RRP $70) which fit under the dress perfectly and create wonderful structure.

I wore the dress with a green sash however it is beautiful on its own or with any colour/style of sash. I will upload more professional pictures of the dress when I receive my photos.

As I return to live in Los Angeles in February 2012 the dress will be with my parents in South Australia until it is sold. I am putting it up for sale as I have enough in storage after moving o/s and would prefer it to be out in public again and adored than slowly forgotten in a box!
