About the Dress

This is a beautiful Maggie Sottero Tuscany dress, with a light champagne slip and gold beaded overlay. I purchased this on Still White a week ago but have since had a change of venue and am going for a simple beach dress. I am between a size 10 - 12 (AU) and the dress fits like a glove.

The sheer back is beautiful, modestly covering the lower back and buttoning up to the top. The satin slip underneath was let out by the original bride who wore it by about half an inch at the hips and can easily be taken in again. The beaded overlay is unaltered. As shown in the images, the dress comes with a modestly panel which clips into the front to take away the deep V plunge, and it looks like part of the dress. Built in cups mean you don't need to wear a bra, and a belted inbuilt bra band pulls it firm around the bodice.

This is a beautiful vintage style dress that is no longer available to get new.

The images are the original sellers, and in one you can see a tiny pull in the overlay. This is at the back, below the zip. To be honest, I had to really search to find it, it's so tiny, but easy to repair.

A truly stunning gown that made me gasp the minute I removed it from it's bag. I hope someone will get to do it justice.
