One of a kind Suzanne Harwood Elysian dress with attached collar and cape.
Fits size 10-12 and I am 175cm tall.
It is not strapless there is illusion netting.
Dress is a treated neoprene and bright white colour.
The dress train has a wrist loop and a tie to bussel it up. The cape has 2 loops that connect up to the collar to loop the cape up.
Dry cleaned by blue and white dry cleaners.
The dress can be taken in but not out.
