About the Dress

This beautiful Karen Willis Holmes Anya wedding dress is looking for a new bride.

The dress was purchased in February 2017 for my wedding in November 2017.

It is a size 8 but fits a person sized 6-8.

The dress has not been dry cleaned, but it has been hand washed and come up beautifully.

If you are looking for a dry cleaned dress I would recommend doing this just before your wedding as you will try the dress on many times before the actual day.

The dress is currently in Bondi, Sydney st my mother’s place if you wish to try it on please don’t hesitate to ask.

The dress is in excellent condition with a small hole in the train which because of the sequins would easily be repaired when getting alterations.

I can recommend an excellent company for alterations in Sydney also that does discount dry cleaning too.

The alterations done include:
- Hemming: I am 161 cm tall and wore flat shoes on the day.
- Bustle has been added under the dress so it can be bustled really neatly.
- Straps adjusted, but these can easily be changed back to full length.
- Breast cups added (but again these can be removed easily).
- The dress was taken in just so slightly in a couple of spots for a more seamless fit.

The alterations totaled $400 and were very common alterations that a lot of brides choose to get done for this style.
