This Dress is called Sansa Gown.
It's an open V neckline mermaid gown. Made from beaded and crystal tulles and has 3D silk organza flowers arrangements. This gown comes with a cape which you can take off and put on. This gown also comes with a thin white belt you can put around your waist if you like as well. It’s simply gorgeous
