The service is good. The concept is great. However, I have just purchased 3 different dresses from this website. The first was perfect, as described and in great condition. The second stated it was dry-cleaned, however, on receipt I found twigs and grass stuck in the lace at the bottom of the gown. It was clearly not dry-cleaned as described. The third one has a torn shoulder strap (approx 1 inch) as well as quite obvious staining all over the wide straps and under arms, and god know what all over the back. Looks like fake tan that did not come off when she had it dry-cleaned. Really started off quite well, but now I am not interested in purchasing from these people anymore because it's obvious that they are looking to make money through dishonest descriptions. Any dispute that is opened will also mean that the seller obviously still has your full name and contact details, so I'm not comfortable calling out a persons bad behaviour when they have my address and I know nothing about them. To avoid this, it is likely that I will no longer use this website. I'd rather use a store website as although the product will cost more, at least I won't have to spend more money cleaning and fixing a dress in order to get any use out of it.
