Listing my beautiful dress I wore at my wedding in May 2017.

This is a classic A line gown with a beautiful full train and sheer back with lace embroidery all over. It is boned and has Size B/C cups sewn in.

The dress has had minimal alterations. I am 5’10” so I had 1.5 inches taken off the hem ( I wore 2.5 inch heels) and I have narrow shoulders so the top of the neck at the back was neatly tucked in - no material cut away. The dress was also fitted with a loop to hitch it up onto the back buttons.

I have had the dress professionally cleaned by Terrington Burchett (£120) and it has been boxed in a super deluxe bridal box with acid free paper wrapping.

As you can see there is a tear very near the hem. I did this with my heel just as we arrived at our hotel for the night. If the hem is taken up it can be easily covered by the lace trimming which is removed and replaced when shortening the hem. If not, then I’m sure it could easily be mended. It took me ages to find the tear when I looked.
