About the Dress

I am selling my beautiful Lovers Society Una dress, new from 2017. This was worn at my wedding in the south of France on 9 September and dry cleaned thereafter, it has come out a perfect colour.

Una is a 70's inspired full crochet and mesh embroidered gown. The bodice is elegant with a high neck, openwork crochet panel, waist trim and form fit through the hip. The fabric and shape make this a really beautiful dress.

It is a very comfortable and flattering dress that would suit a rustic, boho or beach wedding. It ties at the top with a satin string and at the back with a zipper and stayed in place very well during the day including being take off several times for breastfeeding. It is backless with a very flattering figure hugging shape at the back, and a small train.

Measurements for standard size 12 are:
bust: 95cm (not taken in by a couple of cm)
waist: 75cm
hip: 92cm
low hip: 104cm

Alterations were made as follows for a value of $350:
- 5 cm taken off the hem at the back and sides as I am 1m61 or 5ft3 and wore a short 3 cm heel
- bodice taken in around the chest area by a couple of centimetres as it was a bit baggy
- added bustle and loop so I could tie up the train, see pic of the back
