Purchased at Emma & Grace boutique in Denver, Colorado - October 2016.
Alterations have been made - waist and straps taken in (best fit for someone with shorter torso) and bustle added at Donna Beth Creations. Sent to professional dry cleaner after alterations, April 2017 and has been in garment bag since then.
