The Dress

The dress was worn at our wedding in May 2017, it is so beautiful and super comfy. I would have gladly worn it as a party dress if only I could dye it into a different colour. The inner material is satin and outer material is beaded laces & chiffon. The clever beading around the waist area and drapey A-line skirt are very slimming.
Capped sleeve is definitely making a comeback (think Pippa Middleton!)

Whilst KWH dresses are often on the smaller size, I found the Jamie dress to be very true to size. I'm usually a sz 14 in brands such as Review, Alannah Hill, Cue.

The only alteration done was hemmed (to my height of 167cm + 6cm heels). It is also bustled (1 in the inner layer and 3 on the outer chiffon), the thread on the outer chiffon bustle was broken but this will be a two minute job to fix. The hemming and bustles were done by a professional bridal dress seamstress for extra $480.
