I wear a 34B in bras and the dress fit perfectly up top. I am 5'9 in height and as u can see in the photos (all of which i am in flat sandals) the dress has more than enough fabric at the bottom. Absolutely no alterations needed to be made for this purchase, dress is in original measurements from the factory..
