The dress i am selling is unworn by me, I did have it altered in the hips, but still found it a bit snug for my liking in the hips (cannot be altered any bigger in the hips), so I purchased another one. The dress does have some stretch when worn throughout the evening. But all in all, super comfortable dress, felt absolutely stunning in it!
For complete transparency, you are better off sizing down from measurements as being able to alter bigger us minimal.

I do also have Chiffon wings that were unworn, from made with love. Can be purchased as well. $375 NEW.
