🌙Celestial Edwardian Bridal Ensemble ⭐
A one-of-a-kind bridal ensemble for the bride looking for something far beyond a traditional wedding gown; structured, romantic, ethereal and unmistakably individual ⭐
A romantic, ethereal bridal ensemble inspired by the elegance of the Edwardian era, reimagined with a modern couture silhouette and celestial detailing.
This unique three-piece ensemble consists of a fully structured corset, separate full-length A-line skirt, and matching Cape/Bolero with fine tulle sleeves Each piece can be worn together for a dramatic bridal look, or styled separately for greater versatility.
The Corset
The centrepiece of the ensemble is a beautifully crafted, historically-inspired corset, based on an authentic 1906 historical corset from Der Bazar, with alterations to the neckline and lower/hip shape for a more modern silhouette.
The corset features Spiral steel boning throughout for flexible shaping and support, Flat spring steel boning alongside the centre-front busk and grommets for additional stability, a built-in waist stay for enhanced waist definition and support and a modesty panel beneath the lacing
The Skirt
The full-length skirt is constructed from a champagne satin foundation with an ivory cotton underlining.
The skirt is finished with layers of Ivory tulle and breathtaking Sparkling ivory tulle featuring glittering stars & moons. with the champagne foundation giving the dress a warm, luminous depth rather than a stark white appearance.
A matching short or tea-length skirt can be commissioned as an additional piece, allowing the ensemble to transition from ceremony to reception or create an entirely different bridal look.
For brides wanting a more dramatic silhouette, the skirt can also be customised with a more pronounced hip flare or alternative skirt shape. Custom petticoats, pads, bustles and hoops can be created to further increase volume and create a more theatrical, historical or couture-inspired silhouette.
The Cape / Bolero
The coordinating cape/bolero completes the ensemble with an elegant high neckline, sculptural shoulders and long, fine tulle sleeves.
The bolero is constructed with a champagne satin foundation beneath layers of ivory tulle and celestial glitter tulle, tying it seamlessly into the corset and skirt.
⭐️A Dress Designed to Be More Than One Look🌙
Rather than a conventional one-piece wedding gown, this ensemble has been designed as a modular bridal wardrobe. The corset, skirt and bolero can be worn together for a complete statement look, or separated and restyled to create different silhouettes throughout the wedding day.
