About the Dress

The dress has been made with the signature Phillipa Lepley corset which provides excellent structure and support. It also means it can be quite flexible in terms of sizing, and is likely to fit between a 10 and a generous 12. I lost quite a bit of weight between purchasing and wearing on my wedding day but it was no problem as the corset was just cinched a little tighter.

The dress was professionally altered by a PL seamstress to make the train shorter and adjusted to my height (I’m 165cm and wore the dress with a 7cm heel). We also added a bustle for dancing.

The dress has been spot cleaned and is in excellent condition - happy to send further photos on request. Available to view and be tried on by arrangement in Greenwich, London.
