I am the Original Owner with receipt and proof of purchase. Purchased directly from the Vivienne Westwood boutique in England for $15,945 including all taxes and fees and received in June 2026 at Jin Wang boutique in San Francisco.

Worn once, on September 12, 2026, for my wedding and kept in pristine, like-new condition. Never altered. Dress has been cleaned. Some mild gray streak on the very bottom of the dress and minor scuffs from cleaning. Some marks on the lining of the train which is inside and not seen. Only partial Front of the dress has been hemmed by 2 inches and then unhemmed back for cleaning, and it has mildly visible line and scuffs( once you hem the dress back this will disappear under the dress). I am 5.4 and wore heels 4 inches.

The gown is the luxurious Double Duchesse satin version and comes complete with the original tags, designer hanger, removable hip petticoats, and Vivienne Westwood garment bag. It has a bustle.

I typically wear a US 4 in designer clothing, and this gown fits beautifully as a US 4. Although the label says US 6, Vivienne Westwood's UK-to-US sizing conversion runs differently; I found the actual fit to be an excellent US 4. My waist is 28 inches, and my bust 34 inches.

A rare opportunity to own this iconic Vivienne Westwood bridal gown in essentially new condition, with original boutique packaging and documentation, at a significant savings from retail. I loved the side pockets and kept my "written vows" in and my phone. It was very convenient. The fabric is so thick and heavy that you do not need anything for this dress (no underskirt, no pressing in necessary as it holds well, can't describe how happy I was).


A signature Vivienne Westwood design inspired by the iconic blindfolded bride from the 1997 Vive La Bagatelle collection. The Nova Bagatelle features a regal cinched waist, romantic off-the-shoulder draping, a full skirt with deep pleats, and a long almond-shaped train, crafted in luxurious Double Duchesse satin. This dress has side pockets.
