Size ordered was a UK 12 / US 8.
Here were my measurements at the time of ordering:
Bust: 98 cm (UK 12)
Waist: 71.5 cm (UK 10)
Low Hip: 106 cm (UK 12)

Alterations:
I had a little bit of extra fabric (the same VW satin) added to make it just the tiniest bit bigger so it would be more comfortable and lay more elegantly (maybe around 1 inch added all together). It was hemmed to accommodate my 5’5” height with a 3 inch heel. The hem can easily be let back out. The removable strap and skirt were not altered at all.

It could easily be adjusted to fit someone smaller or a bit larger (street sizes 4-8 or so), especially since it can fit looser or be more form-fitting depending on your preferences.

Condition:
Worn for one absolutely wonderful night! No signs of wear at all. It has been professionally dry-cleaned. It’s absolutely perfect, stunning, with classic VW corsetry, and I wish I had a reason to wear it again! Amazingly gorgeous, luscious, and so comfortable. I hope finding this second-hand will be the win I was hoping for when I was searching for this dress on here a year ago!!!
