About the Dress

Authentic Monique Lhuillier mainline bridal gown from the Fall 2018 collection. This is a custom version of the Channing gown, with the original long sleeves changed to delicate cap sleeves.

The gown features a sheer lace neckline, illusion back, full lace skirt, and lightly sewn-in bra cups that can be removed if preferred. It has not been altered for fit.

It has not been professionally dry cleaned, but the hem has been carefully cleaned and there are no visible stains.

Overall, the gown is in good pre-owned condition and presents beautifully when worn. Minor signs of wear include two small holes in the back lace, as shown in the condition photo; the lace is layered over tulle, so the skin does not show through. There is also a tear in the innermost tulle layer of the skirt, which is not visible when worn, and one very small hole on the back portion of the skirt. Close-up photos are available upon request.

The lace shows light wear/fuzzing in some areas. There are also a few small interior stitch marks from temporary fitting stitches, and the designer label is slightly loose on one side. (The gown was worn in its original, unaltered shape for the photos, without any temporary stitching.) These are all internal or minor details and are not noticeable when worn.

The veil shown in the photos is not Monique Lhuillier, but I’m happy to include it upon request.
