About the Dress

The Ana gown by Nadia Manjarrez Bridal is an A-line wedding dress made from silk crinkled chiffon, with a full, romantic skirt featuring cascading vertical ruffles. It retails for approximately $5,000, including the matching veil and cape/scarf.


**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BODICE ALTERATION:**
Please note that my gown differs somewhat from the original designer design pictured. The bridal shop received my measurements incorrectly, resulting in cups that were too large, so the bodice was substantially altered to fit me. The original sweetheart neckline was changed to a straight, strapless neckline, and some of the original bust structure was reduced.

I am on the smaller-bust side and the fit is quite snug, so I recommend the dress for someone with a similar or smaller bust. There are also some minor differences in the top-edge finishing and subtle marks at the back from the alteration, all shown in the photos.

I want to be completely transparent about these details. I was initially quite particular about the alteration, but I felt incredibly beautiful in the dress on my wedding day, and everyone who saw it thought it looked beautiful and would never have known there had been an issue.


CONDITION:
The dress was worn for my wedding. Due to the length and volume of the skirt, there may be minor signs of wear and small areas of pulling/tearing along the bottom hem from being stepped on. These are generally not noticeable when worn. The hem could also be shortened, which may remove these areas.
