A note on length: Due to the delicate nature of the liquid satin, the hem will need to be refreshed/re-hemmed. Taking this into account, I would recommend the dress for someone around 5’3” or shorter, depending on heel height (or potentially a little taller if wearing flats). I wanted to mention this upfront so any prospective buyer can be confident about the fit.
