We had the perfect London wedding at Chelsea Old Church this summer.
This Swan by Pronovias is the most beautiful, romantic gown and made me feel like a true bride from the moment I put it on. The classic ballgown silhouette is incredibly flattering, with a soft scoop neckline, delicate straps, and a graceful mid back that feels elegant without being too revealing. I loved the buttons on the skirt going all the way to the floor.
The embroidery is absolutely stunning in person, adding texture and detail while still keeping the overall look timeless and refined. It photographs beautifully and has that perfect fairytale feel while remaining sophisticated.
I wore a size 8 (but am a size 8-10 normally on the high street), and I am a 32C/34B and found it comfortable to move, sit, and dance in throughout the day. I would love for another bride to experience the same joy and confidence I felt wearing this special dress.
The official Pronovias pictures that I have included in the gallery show a more sheer, see-through bodice, but I chose the opaque version to keep it classic.

- Dry cleaned
- The dress has been dry cleaned and is in perfect condition to look at and wear
- There are a couple of light marks on the bottom/reverse/inside of the skirt train (underskirt?) from walking out from the church, but they are not visible when the dress is on (no-one will be looking under the dress!)
Alterations
- Hem shortened to fit
- I am 5 ft 3 but was wearing 3.5 inch shoes but it was a bit too long and I had to hold it up when walking
- This would be perfect for a 5 ft 5/6 inch lady
- Or someone my height with taller heels
