Iconic wedding gown with Vivienne Westwood’s signature corsetry, elegant draping and timeless silhouette.
The dress has been professionally cleaned and is in beautiful condition. There are some barely visible minor marks on the hem which can only be seen on close inspection and not noticeable when worn or moving. It is stored in the original bag.
It was ordered in a size 16-18 but I wear a classic UK 14 and it didn’t really need any alterations. The hem was taken up very slightly - I am 5 ft 6 and wore 1 inch heels. There is sufficient seam allowance that this could be lengthened again if required.
No alterations were made to the bodice or corset.
The seamstress put in a hook so I was able to lift it to aid with walking/dancing and etc as shown in the pictures. I am based Cheshire/South Manchester and would be happy for you to come and try the dress.
