Selling my beloved Vivienne Westwood Cora Cocotte gown! Includes the original Vivienne Westwood dress bag and hanger. I felt so beautiful in this dress and I hope you will too! I purchased this gown in 2022 from Belle Atelier in Chicago for my June 2023 wedding.
This gown is made from a high quality, heavy stretch-satin. It has an internal boned corset that has some stretch to it due to the fabric. It provided great bust support throughout my wedding day.
Please note that I am petite (4'9, 5'1 with heels on my wedding day) and the gown was altered by Belle Atelier's incredible seamstresses to accommodate my proportions (e.g., shortening the internal corset length, hemming the gown). Therefore, this gown would work best for a fellow petite and/or short-torsoed bride, or a slightly taller bride who might not want to wear heels on her big day. The gown was purchased in a UK size 8 so that excess fabric around the hips could be used to create additional deeper draping, and the corset was taken in at the waist so that the true fit of the dress is more like a UK size 6.
