The Norah by Catherine Deane is such a beautiful, modern bridal top, and I absolutely loved wearing it as my evening look. I was looking for something a little different from a traditional dress, so I paired it with my Aurelia Trousers for the party. The halter neckline is really flattering, and because it’s a separate, it was so much fun to change just half of my outfit after the ceremony while still feeling bridal.
The open back is one of my favourite details, along with the delicate button fastening and the way the beading drapes in soft half-loops. The pearls and beadwork catch the light beautifully and add just the right amount of sparkle without feeling over the top.
It’s a size 8 and is completely unaltered. The tie-neck detail gives you some flexibility to tighten or loosen the fit, and the bodice could be altered if needed.
I wore it from 9pm until 1am, and it’s been professionally cleaned. It comes with the original care label, hanger, spare buttons and garment bag.
It made me feel so confident on my wedding day, and I’d love for someone else to enjoy wearing it just as much as I did!
