Selling my Vivienne Westwood Nova Cocotte. This iconic dress features the designer's signature corseted bodice, draped neckline, and structured yet romantic silhouette. I felt absolutely incredible on my wedding day wearing my dream dress, and althought I am sad to say goodbye, I know the bride who wears her next will feel as magical as I did.

It is in great condition and it comes with the original Vivienne Westwood packaging, including garment bag, carrier bag, tags and branded hanger. Shipping within UK only. Coming to view the dress in person in London is an option. Ideal for a bride on a tight turnaround (there is a 8 month + lead time). Once you try the Nova Cocotte on, it's hard to go back to anything else!

Condition: The gown has been professionally dry cleaned and is in great condition, with a couple of tiny imperfections (photos attached).

Size and alterations: Size 10 with minor alterations outlined. I recommend reviewing the size chart on the Vivienne Westwood website as the sizing tends to run small (I am a UK size 8).

  • Silk fabric
  • Tiny black dot on the back of the skirt but this is hidden in the natural drapery of the gown
  • Tiny oil stain on back of corset, invisible to the eye when looking at the whole corset

Alterations

  • Hem shortened to my height (173cm) with heels (179 cm)
  • 2 inches removed off front drape and tapered to back for a more fitted look around the waist
  • 1cm taken in on the sleeves to prevent falling
  • Stich in skirt and in front draping to hold in place that can be removed easily to restyle
