sellerProcess of posting pictures and communicating with customer went well. I was disappointed in process for billing shipping costs. I underestimated by $12. Know better now, but I had one dress to sell so doesn't do much good to know now. At the point of needing to enter shipping cost, I suggest that you remind customers of your required terms of signature required and package insured.
