I’m struggling to part with my beautiful Italian design wedding dress, but I think it’s time someone else can enjoy it for their special occasion. Bought from le spose di jo (also called le spose di gio) London. It’s a very subtle pale pink silk dress, and can look ivory blush in some lighting. It has a corset-style bodice with built-in boning, yet there is give in the fabric. It’s a very flattering design with the gentle folds of silk fabric finishing just below the bottom and hips. It has a zip at the back that is concealed with silk covered buttons. Double lined. It can be worn with or without the detachable silk shoulder accessory. It did have detachable arms but I no longer have them and actually think it looks more elegant without. It’s 112cm in length from the top of the bodice (excluding the shoulder accessory) which finishes at ankle length on me; I’m 5’ 5”. The width at the top is 38cm. It’s in very good condition and has been cleaned. It’s size 8 though I’m not a petite 8. It has the le spose di jo hanger, portable dress protector bag and extra silk covered buttons.
