I wore this gown at my October 2016 wedding on Maui, Hawaii. The gown is off white silk georgette with a hand embellished top layering of silver and pale gold thread, pearl colored sequins, faux pearls and stones. It is the perfect combination of bohemian and glamour, ideal for an outdoor boho wedding. It was incredibly comfortable to wear and very romantic & flattering. Due to the “flowy” nature of the design it could accommodate slightly larger hips and bust, although it would probably make the dress slightly shorter.

My measurements:
Bust – 32″
Waist – 25.5″
Hip - 33″
Height (without shoes) – 5’2″ I wore 4" heels during the wedding.

Alterations: The straps were taken up a few inches. The hem was shortened. The waist and hips were brought in. The flowy layer under the beaded overlay was removed to give the dress a more sophisticated look (see website for original dress). A french bustle was added for easy movement after the ceremony. The dress was dry cleaned professionally by Heritage Garment Preservation and has been residing safely in the garment bag.
