The Danielle Frankel Camille is one of the most iconic contemporary bridal gowns, instantly recognisable for its signature crinkled pleated fabric and dramatic bubble hem silhouette. Asking price is much lower then retail to reflect alterations made. This was the most perfect dress I could have ever asked for on my wedding day. It is incredibly flattering and surprisingly comfortable. I felt amazing the entire time. I genuinely couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful gown. About the dress: Pleated polyester, bubbled and collapsed soft crinoline ball gown. Internal boned corset with grosgrain accent panelling and three-position closure. Centre back heavy-duty zipper. Made in USA. Size 4 (Check Danielle Frankel website for their dress sizing). Alterations made by a professional seamstress: • Spaghetti straps removed (strapless silhouette) • Bust and waist taken in to my measurements (34” bust / 26” waist) • Structured cups added (suited to approx. 34C) • Length unaltered The internal corset has multiple adjustable settings, and the dress lends itself well to further alterations by a skilled seamstress. Best fit: US 2–4. Length unaltered. I am 5’11” and wore the dress at full length with the bubble hem sitting beautifully. A shorter bride may wish to have it hemmed. Professionally cleaned. Some very minor discolouration on the underside of the skirt fabric, not visible when worn. A further round of professional cleaning would likely resolve this entirely (the cleaners did tell me it would probably need an additional round to completely remove the marks).
