Galia Lahav, Custom Fresco dress (Mikado silk)

This gown is a custom-made piece identical in design to the Galia Lahav Fresco dress (retails $14,000+), crafted from the same structured Mikado silk for a luxurious, sculpted fit.

The silhouette is incredibly flattering, with a structured bodice that features both an internal tie corset and zipper for a secure, adjustable fit. The fabric holds its shape beautifully while still feeling elegant and timeless.

The dress was intentionally made extra long to match the original design proportions, creating a dramatic, elongated look down the aisle. It also includes a bustle hook in the back, allowing you to easily lift the train for cocktail hour and dancing.

Condition:
Worn once at my wedding (5pm–10pm). The dress has not yet been dry cleaned, but I’m happy to have it professionally cleaned for an additional cost. There may be minor grass marks at the very bottom from outdoor wear, which should come out with cleaning, or would be removed entirely if you choose to hem the dress to your height.

Sizing & Fit:
I’m 5’5” and wore the dress with extra length for drama (I also wore heels, and even with heels, it was extra long), so it can easily be tailored shorter depending on your preference. The adjustable bodice makes it flexible across sizes.
