This is the Carmen gown by Abella, and from the moment I stepped into it, I knew it was the dress that would make me feel like the most confident, elegant version of myself.

What I loved most about this gown is how beautifully it balances simplicity and impact. The satin has the softest sheen—nothing flashy, just that perfect glow that catches the light when you move. The asymmetric neckline felt modern and romantic at the same time, and the structured bodice made me feel secure, sculpted and completely supported all day long. I didn’t tug at it once.

The mermaid silhouette gave me curves in all the right places, hugging my waist and hips before flowing out into the most beautifully dramatic skirt and train. Walking in it felt cinematic. The dress has a secure, easy-to-use bustle added so the train can be lifted for dancing and walking comfortably. I still look at the photos and smile at how timeless it looks.

It’s important to me that this dress gets to make another bride feel that same magic.
