Alterations

  • The dress was a sample, so I had it professionally cleaned and fit to a size 4
  • Chiffon straps were added, and I switched out the original floral silver detail on the waist for several smaller chiffon flowers with crystals (as shown in the photos)

The gown has an incredibly ethereal, flattering feel—the silk chiffon moves beautifully with the body and feels exceptionally soft and comfortable. It’s the kind of dress you won’t want to take off!

After our wedding in Minnesota and reception in Germany, the gown was professionally cleaned and carefully repaired by a shop specializing in bridal gowns. It has been lovingly stored ever since.

My husband and I have now been happily married for more than 10 years, and I’d love for this beautiful dress to have a new chapter with another bride. ❤️
