Luna Bea, La Lune

Absolutely gorgeous pure silk gown, worn by two brides now but still in beautiful condition. You will feel like a Greek goddess or magical wood nymph in this dress.

I fell in love with La Lune because it felt like wearing buttery clouds and I didn't want to take it off - so if comfort is important to you, this is the dress. Made from 100% pure Italian silk and lined in French silk crepe de chine. The train, like the rest of the dress is very light and floaty rather than being heavy like other gowns and has a beautiful shape that comes to two (rounded) points rather than circular.

There are fastenings on the inside of the gown at the waist so it doesn't slip down and need readjusting. Has beautiful silk buttoned cuffs and a side split in the leg to allow for some leg to show when walking. This dress can be worn multiple ways with the back sashes loose and flowing down from your shoulder blades or tied around the waist multiple ways. My favourite part was that when you no longer want your train out you can tuck the train under the waist ties (msg for photos of this!)

This is an unaltered size 8 and is very forgiving due to the wrap around design of the gown. I would say this would comfortably fit a 10 with a larger bust than me or would be a very easy alteration to take it out if needed. I bought this second hand from Still White and it fit perfectly due to the forgiving nature of the design.

As the dress has been worn for two weddings there are some minor flaws (that absolutely no one but you will notice). After seeing two brides down the aisle this dress is in beautiful shape, this minor wear has been reflected in the price.

Comes with the original garment bag, original veil bag, storage box, care booklet and two Luna Bea draw string bags.
