“This gown is my third purchase from StillWhite. Second from this seller. I found an amazing gown that is absolutely perfect for me this time! The first sale was misrepresented, but Stillwhite stuck behind me, and I was able to return and get refunded with minimal hassle once I reached out and provided documentation. I did lose return shipping costs, but that was stated up front. The other two purchases were smooth and exactly as described by the seller. I have one more gown coming from Stillwhite as I have been somewhat indecisive. But I am confident that the gown I received today or the one coming is my gown for our day. I love the ability to purchase and sell on here, although I do wish selling fees were a tad less for individual sellers; it does make it a little harder for us. But it seems to be a safer site with much higher-quality dresses. I can find gowns on here that I wouldn't find anywhere near me.”
