Galia Lahav, G-207

This wedding dress is G-207 from the GALA by Galia Lahav collection. I purchased this dress in fall of 2021 and wore it in 2022, it was my dress for both the ceremony and the reception. I absolutely loved wearing this dress all day, I knew for a while that my dress would be a GL dress. There is so much detailing on the dress that we went with a very simple veil to compliment it.

We used the bustle to keep the train collected for the reception, there are 3 buttons underneath the bottom back to bustle it up. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and boxed up as per pictures. The beading and embroidery on the dress is very intricate (there is no glue used, all hand-made stitching) and the dress gives off a shimmer with movement (see video), I would describe it as giving off an enchanting vibe. It's very comfortable to wear and the length works for mid or high heels (wore both). I am 5'6" in height and I wore 2.5inch heels and 3.5inch heels.

The v-neck exposed area has a thin sheer nude lining which creates the illusion of nothing, but makes the dress more comfortable to wear (keeps the top from shifting). The sides of the dress are translucent, I was worried about it initially, but in practice it doesn't feel as nude/provocative as I thought it would be.
