Jenny Packham’s Papillon gown from her 2009 collection.
I bought this second hand. I was told that it was a sample and I don’t know if the first owner ever actually wore it. There have been no alterations. I just decided on a different dress.
I noticed that there is a tiny hole in the mesh fabric between the breasts area, please see photos. It’s not really noticeable but this is for full disclosure.
I’ve included another bag of crystals that can be sewn onto the mesh to cover it if you choose to do so but I don’t think it would be necessary because you have to be really up close to it with a flashlight to notice.
The size says UK 12 . According to Google, a UK 12 corresponds to a US 8. But I’m a size US 4/6 and it fit me. The dress form measurements that I put the dress form on are approximately 34in-26in-34in. My measurements are more like 34in-27in-35in.
