“I had a pretty rough experience with the first dress I tried to purchase. We spent 2 months going back and forth on how to get it shipped from Australia to the United States. I ultimately had to cancel with her as she told me she was unable to ship. Another issue I ran into both times when purchasing was when I tried to pay via PayPal, PayPal would immediately flag the purchase as potential fraud (because of the size of the purchase, I think) and cancel the sale. Both times, i had to go back to the seller and ask them to re-submit the offer so I could purchase again. However, once I purchased again, a few days later I would get a double charge to my card as the initial first transaction looks like it went through in my bank. I had to file PayPal disputes and call my bank on both occasions. Overall, I am happy to have received the dress of my dreams for 1/3 of the cost but it was quite a painful process.”
