QUALITY:
The quality and appearance of Pallas Couture, at half the price. That was on my inspo board, but out of reach... and then I found JASMINE by Alena Leena, gasped, and immediately drove solo 1.5 hrs to try her on.

Looking for a show-stopping, jaw dropping dress for your Big Day? I was, and I couldn't find her anywhere -- until I found JASMINE by Alena Leena, from The Modern Bride in Guelph Ontario. I shopped everywhere ie. Avenue 22, Sash & Bustle, Blu Ivory, Grace Loves Lace, The Tilted Veil etc, for more than a year (we moved our date so I had extra time), and I'm telling you I never, ever, found a dress like Jasmine.

INTRICATE DÉCOR:
Dripping in lace, crystal beading and detailed floral embroidery in all the right places, handmade to size in Ukraine from the Alena Leena atelier. After a full year of dress shopping and trying on 50+ dresses, this was my DREAM dress and boy did I feel amazing in it on my big day. I've also never received so many compliments.

SHAPE:
This masterpiece has a corset bodice and such a voluminous skirt made of organza (I learned that is the magic material for volume, ladies!). This structure and shape is what makes this dress the ultimate combination of an A-line + Ballgown wedding dress.

VEIL: I am also selling my veil, separately. It is pure French tulle I got shipped in, and is Royal Cathedral length (very long). I paid $400 for the veil from Avenue 22, and I am selling it for $200. Let me know if you want to add that.

CUSTOMIZATIONS & ALTERATIONS:

Price includes custom lace sleeves.
Split sizing 10/12/12.
Alterations: I also invested more than $1,000 in alterations to perfect this gown (making the neckline slightly more of a scoop than square, hemming it, shortening straps etc, which was expensive because of the beadwork). I've done that work, so you won't have to! All done by the phenomenal seamstresses at Third Floor Tailors in Toronto. Highly recommend working with those magicians if you need to shorten it at all etc. depending on your height.
