About the Dress

I absolutely adored this piece for its timeless elegance, simplistic romance, and artistic spark. I felt my very best in it on my big day and got like a hundred compliments on the style from kind strangers that day.

The organza fabric looks and feels very premium (and it is!!! as every designer/tailor will tell you). It's also more wrinkle resistent than most wedding dress material, so we didn't need to worry about it looking out of shape during the 3-hour drive for our destination wedding (no ironing needed after we got to our destination)!

I had the dress professional dry cleaned (special wedding dress handling) and packaged right after the wedding.

Alterations

I shortened the dress to fit my height (5'7 with heels); I also had the waist taken in a bit, but it can be let out since all the fabric was saved on the inside of the dress. Finally, I took off the hoop sleeve for enhanced flexibility of movement, but the fabric was also saved and easy to revert to the original design, if preferred.
