Alterations
- The train was removed from the dress so no bustle is required! I also didn't want it to be so poofy around the hips, so I had my tailor remove the tulle for a slimmer fit
- I still have all of the tulle, which I will include in case the next owner wants it put back in
- It still has the horsehair which provides structure
- I didn't need any alternations to length or fit
