“Absolutely horrible. I bought a dress that was cancelled hours later because the seller decided to go with someone else who offered more money. How is that even allowed?! Also, the seller I eventually went through took nearly FOUR MONTHS to finally sell the dress to me. She would go a month or more at a time without responding to my messages, while telling me she would sell me the dress. It was an awful experience and I would never recommend a bride go through this platform. So stressful.”
