I loved the sleeves and felt so sexy with the full open back, the dress was lightweight enough that I could dance all night. I am 5'7'' and wore flats, hemmed to fit height modesty piece was added over chest for my comfort but can be removed. Two clear buttons added to bustle. No other alterations made. Only the top buttons on the sleeves and top of the back are functional, there is a zipper underneath. It's a size 8 and normally wear a 4 or 6 in regular dresses. Hair piece- The hair piece matched the flowers on the gown perfectly, and added the smallest amount of sparkle. It has an alligator clip attachment so it can easily work with any hairstyle. Cathedral veil- The length perfectly aligned with the end of the dress when the train was long and the beading helped to keep the veil down and gave it a little weight when i was walking & during outside pictures so it was not blowing around every which way. It was a great way to add a little bit of sparkle but not take away from the gorgeous lace work of the dress
