This gorgeous Stella York (7831) dress is brand new with tags. The dress label is a UK size 14 and has had no alterations. It was originally bought for a size 8 with a larger bust, so should be suitable for smaller sizes if you get alterations.
The beaded spaghetti straps of the dress meets a lovely sweetheart neckline. The beadwork also extends across the back of the dress, framing the V back.
