Lea Ann Belter is a Canadian designer and creates beautiful wedding dresses. She makes her gowns with natural fibers with fine silks and lace. Often the sewing of the dress includes some hand stitching, unusual in wedding gowns.
I retired from my wedding business and saved a few dresses for my daughter’s future wedding-she chose a different dress, thus I’m selling this truly pristine gown. Layla with its steel blue color and gorgeous design is one of my favorites of all time.
