Sarah Seven's Lucia dress (discontinued) with the Sarah Seven Belmont dress skirt so that the dress has a train. I added 3 buttons to each sleeve and buttons down the back zipper as well. All alterations done directly through Sarah Seven.
The silk material is slightly stretchy and is super comfortable. I had no issues with the sleeves falling down at all and was extremely comfortable throughout wear. The dress was fully professionally cleaned and stored. One button on the zipper is missing a cap, but a very easy/cheap fix.
