The Gigi features a structured sweetheart bodice, adjustable corset back, flattering draped skirt, high side slit and an elegant train. The cathedral-length cape creates a dramatic ceremony and photography look, then can be removed along with the sleeves for a sleek, comfortable reception style. I wore this gown only as my second, evening wedding look following my ceremony, so it was worn for a limited amount of time. It was incredibly comfortable and easy to dance in while still creating a beautiful statement. The gown was purchased from Toujours Bridal in Toronto and professionally fitted to my measurements. It is labeled EU 36/US 4 and fit me when I was between a US size 2 and 4. Measurements when worn: Bust: 33 inches Waist: 25.5 inches Hips: 36 inches Height with shoes: 5’7” The corset back provides some flexibility and allows the bodice to be adjusted for a secure, flattering fit. Professional alterations include discreet hooks that securely attach the cape to the gown and distribute its weight more comfortably. A bustle hook and wrist loop were also added, giving the bride multiple options for managing the train. The gown has been professionally dry-cleaned. It is in beautiful overall condition, with very minor, inconspicuous scuffing along portions of the bottom hem consistent with one evening of wear. I am happy to provide detailed photographs and video of the hem.
