Dress is brand new and NO alterations! It is truly gorgeous in Made with Love's unique Pebble color. Very Flattering. It has options tulle bows with snaps on the shoulders if you choose to put on or off. Photos don't look great because i never had altered or took professional photos in it. It was too large on me by the time I received the dress. It is an incredibly beautiful dress and in perfect condition unfortunately, it personally didn't fit my body type well. I did not feel it was flattering on my wide back.
